Our lovely cottage rents for $400 weekly. For two adults. Children under 12 are free (up to four). For each additional person, a charge of $10 daily (US dollars) will be added.
We ask for a security deposit of $300, which will be returned after the house if checked when you are leaving (if there are no damages).
A deposit of 50% is due to reserve the house, with the balance due within 30 days of arrival.
The property manager is local and will meet you to give you the keys and show you were everything is.
We can accept VISA and MASTERCARD for payment and/or security deposits.
Due to cleaning and preparation of the house for renting, we rent at a three day minimum. For periods of less than one week, the rent is $70 daily.
The keys can be picked up from the property manager in Cabuya. They need to be picked up by 7pm in the evening, unless other arrangements are made.
Refund policy; In order to obtain a full refund, you must cancel your reservation 30 days in advance. After 30 days, refund only if we are able to re-rent the house for that time period.
